Terms of Use
These terms apply to this website and to the quote requests you submit through it. They are between you and LCIFX Transport Inc., 8109 Belmont Ct, North Richland Hills, TX 76182.

1. What this site is
An information site and a quote request channel. It describes the transportation and logistics services we coordinate and the cargo securement and moving equipment we supply.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here takes a payment. The equipment catalogue carries no prices because everything is specified and priced per job. Submitting the quote form starts a conversation; it does not form a contract, reserve stock or book capacity.
2. Quotations
A quotation we send you is valid for the period stated on it, or for 14 days if no period is stated. Quotations are given on the information you provide — weights, dimensions, trailer type, quantities — and we may revise one if that information turns out to be different in practice. We will tell you before doing any work at a revised price, not afterwards.
A contract comes into existence when we confirm your order or booking in writing, on the terms of that confirmation.
3. Specifications and ratings
Working load limits, dimensions and materials shown on this site are the standard published figures for each product class. They are given so you can judge whether a product suits your load before you contact us. They are not a warranty about a particular item.
Read this if you secure loads
Work to the rating marked on the equipment you actually receive. Never load an assembly above the working load limit of its lowest-rated component, and never treat a figure on a web page as a substitute for the tag or the embossing on the item in your hand. Determining the securement a load requires under 49 C.F.R. Part 393 Subpart I remains the responsibility of the motor carrier and the driver.
4. Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, submit forms you have no genuine interest in, or submit someone else’s phone number to our text message program. That last one is not just rude — it exposes both of us to a claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
5. Our content
The text, layout, product descriptions and branding on this site belong to us. You may read them, print them and share links to them. You may not republish them as your own, and you may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
6. Third parties
Where we coordinate freight, the carriage itself may be performed by a third-party motor carrier. Where equipment is manufactured by someone else, the manufacturer’s warranty applies to it. We will tell you who is doing what on any job we quote.
7. Liability
This site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability arising from a job we actually perform is governed by the confirmation for that job, not by this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Tarrant County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, and both of us submit to it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page when you use the site, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
