We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this site. This page says what we have actually done, what we know is not perfect, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong — rather than claiming conformance we have not measured.
What we have done
- Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring throughout.
- A “skip to content” link is the first thing in the tab order.
- Body text and interface text meet AA contrast on the dark ground. Nothing important is carried by colour alone — form errors carry text, not just a red border.
- Form fields have real
<label>elements, and status messages are announced to screen readers rather than only appearing visually. - Text reflows to a single column on a narrow screen and can be zoomed to 200% without horizontal scrolling.
- Motion is minimal, and the little there is respects
prefers-reduced-motion. - Specification tables are marked up as tables, with row headers.
What we know is imperfect
- The specification tables on the equipment page scroll horizontally on a small phone. The content is all reachable, but a table is a poor experience at that width and we would rather restructure it than pretend otherwise.
- We have tested with keyboard navigation, browser zoom and automated checks. We have not yet run a full manual audit with screen reader users, so treat our AA claim as our target and our best assessment rather than as a certified result.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site stops you doing what you came to do, tell us and we will fix it. Email support@lcifxtransport.com (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm CT). Tell us the page and what happened; we will acknowledge within five business days.
If a form on this site is in your way, email us the same information in whatever form suits you — a plain email is a valid way to request a quote, and we will not send you back to the page that blocked you.
